This model D, concert grand, was recently chosen by The Tokyo String Quartet and pianist Jon Nakamatsu to be featured alongside the renown "Paganini Quartet" of Stradivarius instruments, in their latest recording. After completing the recording all the members of the Tokyo String Quartet and pianist Jon Nakamatsu signed the plate of the piano.

This vintage piano is from the "golden era" of Steinway in our opinion.  New sound board, pin block and much more. Perfect, original ivory.  Five concert pianists hailed this piano as the best D they ever played.
