This piano has been rebuilt and refinished. This 6'4 1/2" A-III piano is no longer made by Steinway. These pianos were made only from 1914-1942 and there are very few available. The A-III Steinway is very sought after because it sounds nearly as good as a 7' Steinway "B". This piano is now fully restored.

Restoration includes:

• All New strings and tuning pins
• New Damper felt, Refinished Damper heads and complete Damper regulation
• Plate and original sound board have been completely refinished
• New highest quality key tops and new key bushings
• New key end felt
• New German Renner Wippens
• New Hammers, Shanks and Flanges
• Semi-Satin closed pore hand rubbed lacquer ebony finish
• Concert action regulation and concert tone regulation
• Action weighed off to Steinway specifications, 52 grams down weight, 30 grams up weight and at 9-10 grams friction

On sale for $34,900.00, this model is no longer made in New York.  The smaller 6'1" A-II is currently made today and costs $81,000.00.
