Steinway & Sons Model M Grand Piano #276305 – 1933 – Fully Reconditioned

Measuring 5’7″ in length, the Steinway & Sons Model M is one of the most popular grand pianos ever produced by the famed company. In constant production since 1911, the Model M was designed to be a balance between manageable size and Steinway level performance. Steinway Model M #276305 was built in 1933 at the Steinway Factory in New York. This fully refurbished piano features the original factory soundboard is in exceptional condition with no visible cracks and it is tight against the supporting ribs. The pins are tight and the piano’s tuning is stable. The action includes the original Steinway parts and our piano technicians have gone through it completing regulation work and voicing. This has resulted in a responsive touch and a resonate, melodious quality of tone. The keyboard features the original ivory keytops which have been carefully sanded polished and restored.

Veneered in a pleasant cut of mahogany, the cabinet is in very good condition with a few normal marks and dings from use. The cabinet’s original finish is still smooth with no alligatoring or crazing. Our piano refinishers have hand polished the cabinet to return a beautiful luster to the original finish. The original brass hardware has been polished as well.
