1921 Steinway & Sons Model M Grand Piano #207893 | Ebony – Good Condition – Play or Restore

First introduced in 1911, the Model M by Steinway & Sons has grown to be one the most popular instruments ever built by the famed piano maker. In constant production since its introduction, the Model M has become a staple of both the New York and Hamburg factories. Measuring 5’7″ in length, these ‘baby’ grand pianos are at home in both private residences and institutions around the world. Model M Grand Pianos are some of our most selected instruments here at Chupp’s Pianos.

Built in 1921, Steinway Model M #207893 is in a hand rubbed satin ebony finish. The piano’s cabinet was refinished fairly recently and is in excellent condition. Our cabinet refinishing experts have carefully gone over and rubbed out the finish to bring it up to a nearly new look.

The piano’s action was rebuilt with all new parts including new wippens and new hammers, shanks, and flanges. New German acrylic keytops have been installed. Essential action and tone regulation have been completed by our piano technicians to ensure a responsive touch and full quality of tone. This is a piano that we are able to offer at a nearly unheard of price of only $9,700.00.

This piano is playable and presentable as it sits. If you wish for it to perform and appear at its highest level, we recommend the rebuilding work listed below – primarily, the restoation of the piano’s belly. Since this piano already has a good finish and new action parts, you are able to save a substantial amount of funds while still obtaining a piano that rivals any new or other restored instrument.

To purchase as is or rebuild – it is your choice!
