Kawai RX-3 Grand Piano #2255998 | Polished Ebony – Excellent Condition
This beautiful Kawai RX-3 Grand Piano #2255998 was built in 1996. This piano boasts a full, powerful quality of tone coupled with a responsive and accurate touch. A true professional’s piano, this piano measures 6’1″ in length. The piano’s action features Kawai’s famed ABS Styran action parts featuring their reinforced ‘Black Jack’. The action will be regulated and voiced for improved responsiveness and quality of tone. The bass section of this piano is rich and full while the treble sings clear and free. The piano’s belly consists of a solid spruce soundboard, a multi-laminated maple pinblock, solid brass agraffes and a V-Pro cast iron plate. Attractive brass nose bolts combine with the rest of the piano’s brass hardware for a gleaming, yet subtle beauty. The interior of the piano has been cleaned and prepped to bring it back to a like-new condition.
The pianos’ cabinet is in a traditional case design with round arms and a beveled top lid, resting on spade legs. The cabinet also features brass hardware, a multi-position lid prop system and built-in case locks. The music desk features a durable ‘hard finish’ and Kawai’s Composer’s Desk feature. This allows for the music desk to be supported horizontally allowing the pianist to easily write while seated at the piano. The high polish ebony finish has been hand polished by our piano refinishers to a like new sheen.
This piano will include a matching hard top bench and free local ground floor delivery. All of our pre-owned pianos include a three-year warranty from Chupp’s Piano Service.
